Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and proof of age is required.
Arrival & departure: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We're unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, so please plan accordingly.
Reservation holder: The reservation holder is expected to occupy the home unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by Casago.
Guest verification: For everyone's security, reservations require a driver's license and selfie, along with a signed Casago management rental agreement, within 72 hours of booking.
Extended stays: Stays of 21 days or more require a $500 utility deposit. Utility caps apply, and any applicable overages may be charged to the card on file.
Gatherings & smoking: To help preserve the home for all guests, large gatherings and smoking are not permitted. This includes marijuana and vape pens. A $1,000 cleaning fee may apply if smoking is found to have occurred inside the home.
Starter supplies: Casago provides a starter supply of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
Mailbox: Mailbox access is not available during your stay.
Home maintenance: Homes are periodically inspected for routine maintenance, including filters, batteries, and lock service. We appreciate your cooperation if access is needed.
