Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. 2026 summer rates are $65 per person (ages 5+) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person (5+) for a 7-day pass. The total resort fee must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure your passes are prepared and ready for pick-up when you arrive. Guests will be communicated with post-booking so you can enjoy world-class Bayside Resort amenities:
