There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. Additionally, the Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children’s programming.

Full of light and modern finishes, the updated interior of your stay features open-concept living, spacious bedrooms, and sizable bathrooms. When hunger arises, the full kitchen has got you covered with its full suite of appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and breakfast bar.

A haven of peace, the primary en suite bedroom boasts an ultra-comfortable bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
