    Just a short walk to the resort pools, tennis courts and fitness facilities at the Sun Ridge Recreation & Tennis Center, this two-story townhome offers excellent accommodations for your family's next coastal vacation! The first floor features the living and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The second floor offers the remaining two bedrooms, including the main suite, complete with a private balcony. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. 4 TVs, DVD, Pack n' Play, Keurig, gas fireplace, gas grill, WiFi. Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and a dog park. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming. *BAYSIDE RESORT AMENITIES - Heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool - Two outdoor pools - Children’s splash zone - Hot tub - Fitness center with a multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment - Jack Nicklaus Signature Bayside Resort Golf Course - Seven tennis courts - Basketball court - Sand volleyball court - Kayaking and paddleboarding (seasonal) - Nature trails - Stocked ponds - Community pier - Dog park - Meeting and banquet facilities - The Freeman Arts Pavillion - On-site snack bars and tropical bars - Beach shuttle (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Guests can only access the amenities for an optional per-person fee that varies by season. Children younger than five years old are free. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was our second time staying at this property and once again, we had a fantastic time. Great location, easy access to OC strip/boardwalk, dog friendly, access to wonderful amenities, and just a great property to spend time in. We will definitely book again if the property is available.

Frequent vacationer at Bayside but first time staying in this type of townhome. Very nice setup and close to the pool. Only about a 12-15 minute walk to the Freeman Stage. Comfortable beds.

Great place to stay

House was very clean, good location. Short drive to the beach and great restaurants. The Bayside Resort community was very nice mire then we expected. We will definitely be back.

Nice getaway

This is one second stay and we were again very happy with the time spent at location. There were even some upgrades to the property that were a pleasant surprise!

Great Stay

Home was well equipped to make our week stay enjoyable. We enjoyed as a family being able to take our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and spending a fall week at the beach. Home was clean when arrived and location was perfect with short drive to the beach.

Very Nice Place and Great Location

The owners have updated quite a bit in the home. New appliances, couches, beds etc... Was very clean and also close to the sun ridge complex. Our family enjoyed the stay in the home and in Bayside.

Great stay

I've been to Bayside 3x now and this may be my favorite place!. Location perfect. Appliances, coffee machine, pots and pans were perfect. Beds super comfy. Loved the screened in porch. We brought two bikes for my kids but loved that there were bikes there so my husband and I could take advantage and we all biked down to the point for the 4th of July fireworks. I'd definitely stay there again!

My son's 8yr birthday getaway

We absolutely loved the house it was very spacious and let's not get on how much of a perfect location this was. We arrived at 4 unloaded and headed to Fenwick island on Saturday we went to Rohobth the Ocean City on Sunday all within a short drive away. When Monday came I was so disappointed that I didn't extend our stay.. We will definitely be back and I've already raved to all my friends so I'm sure they will be visiting as well

The masterbedroom had dog hair all over the bed. Dirty dishes in the cabinet and a filthy porch.

Nasty grill left with all kind of dirty soil. The management should overlook these xomplexes before renting

Nice stay in Bayside

The home is spacious and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. There were 6 of us including 2 young children. The master bedroom with bath and bunk bed room with bath were both on the second floor and that worked out well for our situation. The full bath on the main level served the bedroom next to it as well as provided bathroom access while on the downstairs level. The large dining table accommodated all of us. Location was great! Only a short walk to the Sunridge pool complex and playground. The kitchen could have been better stocked with glasses and utensils. A comfortable home and we would stay here again! We love Bayside!

Clean and convenient

We've been coming to this house for four years now. It is convenient to beaches and stores, and a playground is right across the street. The neighborhood is nice for walking and bike riding; there are some bikes provided. The cleaning was even better this year and there were some new appliances, such as toaster oven and coffee maker. Well-equipped and clean. Our only issue was message on fridge stated water filter 81 days past due for changing. Local team notified, but no one came to change filter during our four-day stay, even though a ticket was created and we were informed someone would contact us about it.

Large Comfortable house, cleaning NOT acceptable

Large home in Bayside, good location, house was dirty, food in refrigerator, porches were filthy - furniture worn and dirty can't really sit on the porches, carpets stained, overgrown trees/shrubs in back yard, property needs to be better maintained, disappointed overall especially with claims of "enhanced" cleaning during COVID 19. Resort Quest was notified and tried to help - said the Owners are responsible for the cleaning and basically nothing they can do. We will not rent this property again.

Fourth of July get away

This is a beautiful property with a lot of local amenities. We went for a long weekend with our adult sons. There was plenty of room, everyone having their own bathroom was great. The house is across the street from a pond and the pool with tennis and pickleball. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house is well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding. The property is about 5 miles from the beach. Unfortunately, we tried to go to the beach on July 4th and it would have taken us 50 minutes to go 5 miles due to local traffic. Clearly not the owners fault, but if you’re a person who wants to be on the beach every day the location may be a hindrance. The property does have regular beach shuttles , which is nice, but they too were stuck in traffic. Lots of people riding bikes, plenty to do for kids. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and walking around the beautiful grounds. About a mile from Harris Teeter, ice cream, and the liquor store. Very walkable. Lots of people using golf carts to get around which looks fun and cuts down on traffic noise. Overall a great property, we will definitely be back!

Great, but needs updating and a good cleaning

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. However, when we arrived, the small garden area was so overgrown that we could barely get to the door. The floor had not been cleaned, with sand, dirt and mud throughout the house. The throw carpets were filthy. There was little to no kitchen utensils, pots or pans. We had to go to the dollar store just to get enough plates, spoons, glasses and coffee mugs for a family of 5. The couches were dirty. After a day of cleaning ourselves, the house was more comfortable and enjoyable. With some TLC this house could be a perfect getaway and I would rent it again if I was ensured that it had been fully cleaned and stocked.

It was Okay

Stay was ….ok. The entry way from the garage was so overgrown you had the walk through it to get to the door. Does not appear it was addressed after prior person listed it on their review. The furniture was filthy!!! We went in it and bought sheets to cover it so we could sit. My heart aband replaced the HVAC system filter since it was so clogged. I also didn’t appreciate the maintenance worker entering the property and not calling first to fix the latch on the dishwasher as reported from prior renter. However he only took pictures and did not fix it so I hand washed dishes all week. The porch had cigarette butts from the prior renter as well. Makes you wonder what else was not cleaned. I will probably get the “usual response” they post “ our managing staff is available 24/7 to addresss issues”. As I said, could have been so much better. First and probably last time I do a Vacassa / VRBO.
