”Reception staff were pretty average. The best staff member was the porter. Super helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are very small but clean. The bathroom is as others described. Tiny and once you shower, the entire bathroom is wet but it will dry overnight. It does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The MRT is not close by but there are lots of buses.”

”Ensimmäisessä huoneessa ei toiminut ilmanvaihto, onneksi sain uuden paremman huoneen. Hotelli on miellyttävä tyyliltään ja arvostan ulkotilan tuntua aulassa ja käytävillä. Tunnelma on kuitenkin enemmän Disneyland kuin Banyan Tree. Uima-allas aivan liian pieni ja tungoksissa. Aamianen todella huono ja sielläkin liikaa tungosta.”

”Nice clean room, althought small so ok for 1-2 nights. You could hear noices from hallway to room. Pillows was too big for kids. You could not move shower up or down, so tall people have to bend from knees. And water spilled to bathroom floor when showering.
Friendly staff, check-in was quick.
Good small local shops near, as Kinex shopping mall.

”I went to this hotel and it was a nightmare. The room was not clean at all. That was dirt and dust all over the place. The washroom was messy. He wasn’t clean at all. The shower area was also really dirty and there was rust the bed was slightly broken, and the Room was unacceptable to live in. There was fishy smell on the stairs and my room was on fourth floor, and there is no left at all when I was reading the description of this property. I didn’t read the section of accessibility because I’m...

”Having no windows really gives a good sleep. However the room was clean but the washroom is where nightmare begin. The mildew on the caulking, and the little tiny fruit flies flying everywhere from the drain. There was a strong smell of urine in the washroom. Just couldn’t get rid of it. The washroom was something to be desired for something way better. But the room was cozy, the air conditioning good, the bed was cozy and pillows I had a great sleep. Wasn’t there very long but amenities were...

Hotelli on kunnoltaan enemmän ⭐️⭐️+ (kaksi tähteä +).
"Superior-huone" esim. on pieni, parhaat päivänsä jo nähnyt nuhjuinen huone (myös kylpyhuone), jossa mm. oli wc:n kansi irrallaan ja rikki, likaa seinissä ja kaakeleissa. Huoneen parveke (pieni ranskalainen) oli myös suljettu, joten sinne ei päässyt.
