We are so sorry you didn't get coffee. Our office is open in the morning from 8:00 am - 10:00 am. Our motel is old but we assure you we take pride in cleaning our rooms and facility. We do wish you would have brought this to our attention during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, we always welcome the chance to improve.

That is the famous Santa Fe Trail, the train is a delight to some. Yes we are an old place, peaceful and nostalgic!

Dear Mr. Glick, we are sorry about your experience during your stay. We wish you would have let us know when you first checked in so we could have resolved the issue. Our rooms are cleaned after each guest leaves the room. It is an old motel so we try to go the extra mile keeping them clean and sanitized. The sheets are brought in weekly by a reputable linen supply company. As for the spiders, per our phone conversation , I only said that Arizona is known for its bugs and although we have monthly pest control done by a well known company, I was told there is no way to keep all the bugs away. You didn't mention moths , but I'm sure they cannot be prevented either. I do not recall hanging up on you, I remember telling you I would discuss the matter with the owner and get back to you. We are not in the business of ignoring phone calls, so I assure you if you called and we were not available, if you left a message we would have returned your call. As far as Expedia, I do not think they would indulge any information to you on how we responded to them, or the conversation. The owner does apologize for your experience, as we do all we can to make our guests stay here enjoyable.
