”The hot tub was warm enough, but the pool with the jets on the side. When they are activated the chlorine was very strong and made our eyes sting. ”

”We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout by friendly helpful staff.Our room 60 with patio was lovely.so we sat in the sun overlooking gadrens listening to birds singing and a Squirrel on the lawn . The pool was just right for a lovely swim . The lounges restorant and general building and garden beautiful. Thankyou Flackley and staff for lovely stay.”

”My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. ”

”Great stay in friendly place run by Sharon and Vaughan. Spacious and light room, proper bathroom. Good location with short walk to the castle and a tad longer to the cliffs. Food, pubs and a minimarket within walking distance. The best part, though, is probably the hearty full English breakfast which is served with music perfectly fitting the historic era that we were there for - the fourties and WWII! Thank you kindly, we enjoyed totally!”

”Nothing Grand about this hotel,arrived after a long journey from France,no parking available on-site had to park on site road which ment we had get up early next day to move the car by 9.We were also told we'd have to pay £5 if we wanted to park at the hotel.I was'nt aware there was a charge.We booked a double room but was given room 510 which was a family room.The window handle was broken so it did'nt shut,the window vent would'nt stay closed and it was blowing a gale outside so the room was...
