”Had all the equipment but there was some insect that bit my daughter on our second night and we ended up taking her to the hospital. We requested a refund for the remaining nights we ended up not using because we did not feel clean and safe staying at the unit anymore. ”Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. ”No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.”

”The check in was not that smooth, it's the receptionist should know better what to do first to accommodate the guests, not like just give us the floor and room number so it's faster. I booked this for a week for my children and if they asked the ID first then they will know all the information itself. ”
