”Here’s a sharper complaint: > This property is a family-run B&B, not a 4-star hotel. With only 6 rooms, the experience was far below what was advertised and what the Expedia/Google listings led us to expect. Our room had an extremely loud creaking floor, which made it feel cheap and poorly maintained. It may be acceptable for some travelers, but for the price, it was not worth it and definitely not the upscale stay we were looking for. ”

”For what we paid, we were pleased with the hotel. The pool is ok, breakfast was really good, choice of American or Tican. Plenty of juice and coffee (you could have multiple cups) The room was ok, clean. Well equipped, it had some shelving to unpack onto, which lots of places don’t have. Big fridge in the common kitchen to use. We didn’t use the common kitchen apart from to use the fridge and kettle. Lots of wildlife about in the garden. It is next to a chicken farm though! I also found the location for us was excellent and able to walk down the town where we had found a variety of stores, restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful with us. ”Stayed three nights there. The price-quality ratio was really good. The breakfast was sufficient enough and made according to my timetable since my visit took place outside the high season. But most of all I want to thank the manager. He assisted me in reserving the zip-lines and the jungle visit. He also provided a laundry service at a very short notice.
