”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great”

”Everything was a dream. The facilities are extremely nice, the service is outstanding, amenities are awesome. We loved the room, the resort restaurants and wine bar. Our favorites were the espresso bar and the hot springs! The gym could be a little bigger, but loved the yoga area too!”
