”The night clerk was obviously inebriated, likely from smoking marijuana, and gave us the wrong room at check in. Literally did not say a word at all. Place smelled terribly of marijuana and people were openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot.”

”I recently stayed there for one night specifically because of its convenient location - minutes walk from main stores- and a shuttle to & from the airport. The room was big & clean, the staff very pleasant & helpful and the ambiance delightful and relaxing. I had to leave at 3 in the morning and was happy to see staff bright & brisk available to help me at that hour.”

”Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the barn door to the bathroom was difficult to slide and did not close entirely.”

”We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent ”

”Parking was easy and free which was good. Breakfast was good just needed a non pork item for meat for travelers who don’t eat pork. ”

”Our daughters were in a dance competition and we booked the hotel to stay together and to have use of an indoor pool. All the girls ended with chemical burn type reactions to the chemicals in the pool. Our shower faucet also ran all night and couldn’t fully turn off.”

”What’s the coolest, most “un-hotel” hotel in the ROCH? School 31! Incredibly accommodating, attentive service, bespoke loft spaces interestingly designed in an historic re-purposed space. GO THERE!”

”It is old buildingin in the downtown. House keeping is in the hall way until 9 pm. Parking is under the construction hard to find main entrance when we parked.”

”They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit”
