”It was decent for a overnight stay, maybe not long term for me”

”It was good for one night only. An old best western with a little spruce. Small lobby. More of a motel than true Marriott brand quality. Staff was lovely. Air conditioning was loud and old style. CITGO across the street. Room was clean. Has fridge and microwave.”

”Just not clear when my security deposit is returned to me. It was not explained fully. I did notice that I have a charge on my credit card from the hotel, and really, all we did was sleep there so no damage whatsoever.”

”The breakfast could have been better. It the only reason I did not gave the hotel a 5. Everything’s else was excellent.”

”I like that Double Tree was clean and I felt safe, considering I was traveling alone. However, I was quite surprised that I had to pay $14 per day to park in their parking lot! My room was not cleaned on the 3 days I was there, however, the cleaning staff attempted the 1st day but I was not ready to leave. I guess I should have told the front desk on the mornings I was prepared to leave.”

”The room did not have curtains so the street lights lit up the room all night and made it difficult to sleep. We also found a large palmetto bug on the floor. Overall it was disappointing as I have stayed at other Court Yard properties and never had this kind of experience.”

”Initially pulling up the area looked unsafe, however after looking around at all the different businesses and surrounding I felt more comfortable. The lobby smelled of mildew and looked dirty, so I asked to see the room first and the desk person was so nice and understanding she let me do so, which I appreciated! The room was up to my satisfaction, clean and quiet. Plus they provided shuttle to and from the airport and allowed me to park my vehicle while on my vacation. That was top tier right...

”The carpet in the hallways definitely needs to be replaced, and the numbers on my air conditioner didn't work, so I had no idea what I was setting the A/C to. I may have been dead tired, but the bed was most comfortable and I slept wonderfully.”

”Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss.”

”When we arrived we parked in front of the entrance to check-in and to unload luggage . A shuttle driver appeared behind our car blasting his horn. I asked him what was the problem ; he just blasted his van horn and drove away. The receptionist said “Move your car”. I replied we were checking in . ”I checked in late after a long couple connecting flights and went to bed immediately, started coughing during the night. In the morning when out of bed I stepped on the carpet, I noticed my socks got wet walking to the window area I also noticed a large black mold (2 feet in length) on the wall 5.5 feet above the floor behind the curtains. ... after I went to front desk and reported it, their staff went along with me, checked and took photos, then they immediately told me to move to another...

”Pool NOT open! Room had liquor top from previous guests still in room! Breakfast consisted of bagels (ONLY ONE KIND TO CHOOSE FROM) and dry cereal. THATS IT FOR BREAKFAST!! Parking lot had TONS of potholes!! My husband asked if they needed them fixed and the front desk man looked at him and said NO! When we came back down they had patched the one hole at the entrance and left the remaining of the parking lot with holes!!! We stayed a total of 6 days!! I only chose this hotel in hopes of using...
