”Just not clear when my security deposit is returned to me. It was not explained fully. I did notice that I have a charge on my credit card from the hotel, and really, all we did was sleep there so no damage whatsoever.”

”It was good for one night only. An old best western with a little spruce. Small lobby. More of a motel than true Marriott brand quality. Staff was lovely. Air conditioning was loud and old style. CITGO across the street. Room was clean. Has fridge and microwave.”

”Weekend stay from Friday through Monday and the room was never cleaned, trash emptied, beds made. Despite seeing housekeeping on the floor across the hall or right next door. I went to the front desk both days and alerted the staff. Negative results. I ran out of body wash while in the shower. Horrible service. Only bright light was a young employee in the cafe: Nixon. Pleasent, multitasker, wore a smile and maintained the area himself. Good example of what should be done.”

”Great breakfast included in price. Saved us some money having to go elsewhere! Place was fine and worth the money. They were painting in the lobby so it smelled up the place pretty good but our room was fine.”

”Initially pulling up the area looked unsafe, however after looking around at all the different businesses and surrounding I felt more comfortable. The lobby smelled of mildew and looked dirty, so I asked to see the room first and the desk person was so nice and understanding she let me do so, which I appreciated! The room was up to my satisfaction, clean and quiet. Plus they provided shuttle to and from the airport and allowed me to park my vehicle while on my vacation. That was top tier right...

”Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead.”

”Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss.”
