”Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)...

Always pleasant, clean and kind employees grom the front deskto rhe people keeping the lobby clean and the people keeping our rooms clean. Rod was always very helpful and so was Steven and Kenny and the valet crew. I will be back.”

”Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!”
