”Bridget was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the experience so pleasant. We had a mosquito situation outside the hotel, in the lobby and even in our room. She immediately got pest control to our room. And explained that the fumigation triggered the situation. The issue was not big compared to how she handled it professionally. We loved the breakfast. Rooms were clean and perfect. We felt very welcomed. Our kids loved the property and Bridget :) ”

”The facilities in this hotel need to be improved. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, and the showerhead could not function. Moreover, the wifi was not stable.
However, the services of this hotel impress me. Firstly, I got a newspaper in the morning from the hotel without charge. Then, when I waited for my taxi in the afternoon after checkout, the staff turned on the fan(then the air-conditioner) for me to cool down. It had been continued for 3 hrs. It's very considerate!
