”A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts.”

”Rooms were absolutely dreadful. Dirty marks and scrapes all over the place. Nothing like the rooms you see online. They clearly havent been renovated in decades! Staff and pub were great”

”We stayed at several places and this was another good one, but, keep in mind that: 1. You need to prebook a parking space. it will be an extra charge ~ £9 2. Also, prebook the restaurant for dinner. They can't guarantee guests a table 3 they automatically at a 10% gratuity on dinner bills, it says optional on the check Recommend.”

If you want a unique country style cottage just for you and your family or friends, then this is your choice. ”The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

”Lovely place, very clean & the hosts are lovely. The room was a great size with a sea view. I was travelling with my dog & by train & it’s not far from the train station. Lidl’s is about 8 mins walk up the road. I would definitely stay here again if in the area again.”
