”I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand.
The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment.
The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....

”From the moment I walked in, the vibes were off. The front desk staff did not greet me and acted as if I was being a burden by being there.
