What an amazing view! Staff are tripping over themselves to be helpful. You can tell it isn’t quite brand new, though. As the room is already starting to show some wear and tear… amazing facilities, otherwise!

We loved our stay here in the Signiel. Highlights being the staff and room accommodations. Would highly recommend an in room tablet for ordering room service and more a la cart options. The view is stunning and food was great but would prefer to have options other than just the buffet. Would stay again!

One of the best hotels on this planet!
Hotel is impeccable except the gym and pool is a bit on the small side and short staffed. Besides that the hotel is perfect! Best concierge team I’ve experienced and the staff all around was extremely helpful. They arranged every taxi to the hotel and arranged for pickup to return. That was a tremendous convenience considering how difficult it is to find a taxi in Korea without Kakao Taxi app (which you need a Korean bank account to use)
Highly recommend this hotel for the helpful staff and impeccable rooms. The breakfast also is top notch and one of the best I’ve ever had
