”This was a great getaway. Julia was super accommodating. We had a fabulous time. Robbie (her horse) was super friendly and such a character. He heard me outside bbq and came to the fence to greet me. Of course he got a treat (Julia provides them). It was super clean too. Definitely returning. Beautiful area.”

”We liked our stay at the cabin. There were space heaters since there was no heat and an ac in the upstairs. Bring a fan since it can get hot. The kitchen was good for cooking all our dinners. The driveway was very steep you should have a suv to get out. Enjoyed the porch to read and sew. There was no place to put your trash and we were here 5 days cooking dinners. The bathrooms were nice and beds comfortable. Close to entrance of park. It we had to drive 1-1/2 hours to some hikes. ”

”This was a little slice of magic as our base for visiting Sequoia. A heads up that being less than 10 miles from the park actually means that it'll take you an hour of switchback driving to get to the General Sherman tree, but the drive up (and back) is spectacular as you get up into the mountains. The house is well put together, and there were nice touches like having dishwasher tablets ready to go, and plenty of coffee pods. Laurabelle was great to communicate with, and you're less than a 5...

”We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. We went to the lake and sequoias, but also enjoyed a few walks in the evening. There were plenty of animals corralled at neighboring farms, but...
