Huvilat – Serangan

”Spend last 3 nights of our 3 week Bali+islands tour at Klumpu. Superb place with best service ever: welcome treats, evening tea/coffee, really good breakfast, good family rooms (for a family of 5) and great food, pool in a beautiful garden and a special birthday surprise for our 8 year old daughter. Whole family loved it. ”

”Apel Villas was fantastic. Staff are beautiful. We had a few hiccups but they were more than rectified quickly. Description needs to change though. 1 bedroom villa does not have a rainfall shower, only a hand held shower in the bath. Breakfast only, no room service any other time. Breakfast was limited & small portions. Pool was lovely. The grounds were also lovely. Quite peaceful most of the time. The dogs in the street were quite noisy.”

”Awsome helpful staff”

”Very good property”

”The room was clean, the staff were excellent & very welcoming. The only thing missing in the room was a microwave/stove, but if you can live without it then it's not a big deal. Aside from that, we were extremely comfortable & the private pool was perfect, with the exception that it could be a little deeper, as I'm a tall person. If you like to be able to walk from your hotel/resort, you may have some trouble here, but you can easily get a short bike/car ride to a walkable area with shops &...

”Sødt personale, dejlig stor pool, rent og fint”

”Everything was just perfect the staff were so helpful and the apartments were amazing - perfect location, close to everything, comfortable and clean”

”Alk the minor problems or questions we had, was taken care of immediately. Staff members were very kind. ”

”Merci Svara.

”Very ambient hotel. Friendly service and Communication worked smootly via whatsap. We got upgrated cause there was some maintenance im the room we had paid for. Best hotel room i have ever stayed in. Breakfast was decent. Ordered pasta bolognese and avokado wrap from the restaurant, those was not good.. Gym was very unadequate. Not even treadmill. Couple small dumbbells. If you have gym at least equip it properly.”

”Exceptional villa especially for families. Every thing is well thought out and easy. Restaurant on site is a bonus but grab was also really easy to use to get food. Rooms are fantastic size, pool awesome and staff amazing. You are out away from the main tourist areas so plan accordingly for this but like I said food etc was easy to get. Would highly recommend.”

”Welcoming staff, daily housekeeping, great wifi and air conditioning.”
