Sleeps up to 6 in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub; the private kitchen is equipped. Heating, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels are included. The property is fenced and has one on-site parking space. One pet is welcome at no extra charge; events are not allowed.

The Apuan Alps begin behind the house. Seravezza is a gateway to the park: visit Palazzo Mediceo, commissioned by Cosimo I de' Medici and a UNESCO World Heritage site, now home to the Museum of Work and Folk Traditions of Historic Versilia, and the disused marble quarries favoured by Michelangelo, open to visitors. Trails into the Apuan Alps Park start here, including routes to Monte Folgorito and the remains of the Gothic Line.



Querceta has its own traditions: the Palio dei Micci donkey race on the first Sunday in May. Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre are within day-trip reach, with a return to the peace of the olive groves in the evening.
