    Situated in a quiet residential area, a 15-minute walk from both the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fairy Tales, this is an excellent base for exploring the Ligurian Coast, including Cinque Terre and Portofino.

    Located on the 4th floor (with a lift) of a modern 6-storey building, this air-conditioned property enjoys incredible views and both a rooftop terrace that\'s ideal for soaking up the Italian sun and a private balcony where guests can enjoy morning coffees and evening aperitifs.

    The apartment features a light-filled open-plan living room that opens out to the balcony. This space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV and incorporates a modern kitchen that\'s equipped with a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge freezer.

The town is divided into two distinct bays (both a 15-minute walk/8-minute drive), the enchanting Baia del Silenzio (Bay of Silence), with its tranquil sandy shores and the livelier Baia delle Favole (Bay of Fairy Tales), framed by pastel-coloured buildings and fishing boats. The closest restaurant and grocery store are just a minute\'s walk away.

    Popular excursions include a trip to the colourful fishing village of Camogli (a 35-minute drive), a day out to the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 40-minute drive) or the iconic UNESCO site of Cinque Terre with its colourful cliffside villages and scenic hiking trails (a 40-minute drive away).

    Surrounded by lush greenery and rugged cliffs, Sestri Levante also offers opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and exploring nearby nature reserves.

Bellissimo Appartamento Vicino al Centro

Das Apartment ist modern und geräumig. Es gibt ein Duschbad mit WC und ein WC mit Waschbecken, eine große Wohnküche und zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Airfryer, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Zum Essen sitzt man an der Küchentheke. Im Wohnbereich gibt es ein Sofa mit Couchtisch, Regale und einen Fernseher mit allen italienischen Programmen. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Hängesessel. In einer Kammer hat es eine Waschmaschine. Von der Wohnküche hat man Zugang auf einen netten Balkon zu zwei Seiten des Hauses. Auf dem Balkon führt eine Wendeltreppe zu einer großen, privaten Terrasse über der Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist auch über das Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stockwerk, es gibt einen Aufzug. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen privaten, überdachten Stellplatz für ein Auto, der aber zur Straße offen ist. Im Haus gibt es private Wohnungen mit ruhigen Bewohnern. Die Wohnung hat eine gut funktionierende Heizung, sowie fernbedienbare Klimaanlagen. Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof oder in die Altstadt mit netten Restaurants benötigt man 20 bis 30 Minuten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.
