The apartment can be reached by motorbike or car and is located in the small and characteristic village of Villa Vignolo - just 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Sestri Levante.
Once on site there are no assigned parking spaces, but it is easy to find parking near the house, with a short pedestrian path to get to the front door.
The accommodation consists of a very bright three-room apartment composed as follows:
- independent entrance to the living area (with sofa bed)
- independent kitchenette
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with a double sofa bed
- small closet
- blind bathroom with shower and internal ventilation
The apartment also has a small terrace with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Tigullio, to enjoy moments of pure relaxation, eat or simply admire the beautiful sunsets.

Being a hilly location, even in the hottest periods, by keeping the windows open the house is always crossed by a pleasant hilly breeze (there are no air conditioners, however there are fans in every room).
Suitable for those who love the sea and don't want to give up the relaxation of the countryside, the peaceful location makes it the ideal accommodation for families and couples of all types.
Animal friends are absolutely welcome, always with respect for the neighbors and other families who live nearby.
Guests are advised to limit noise and shouts, as the apartment is located in an extremely peaceful and quiet area.
