”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”Room was very clean. It is an old hotel but the most comfortable beds and pillows. They keep the place immaculate condition. Only issue was bathroom door is a barn style door and does not completely close so you hear everything.”

”Great property within walking distance of the Plaza with is nice, but they also have a courtesy shuttle. Buffet breakfast is good and they also have breakfasts you can order off a menu at reasonable cost. Easy parking in front of our room. We’ve enjoyed staying at this location numerous times on our trips to Santa Fe.”

”Bishop Lodge is a beautiful property with amenities for the entire family: hiking, horseback riding, spa, pool, cooking experiences and many more. We had a one bedroom in The Grove which was very nice; comfortable bed, nice shower (water pressure could have been a bit stronger), fireplace and a patio. However, patio looks onto a wooden fence so there isn't much of a view compared to other lodging options. ”Clean room. The four pillows provided were flat. Parking included. Quiet area and within walking distance of locations. Free breakfast, but no non pork breakfast meats. Ordered cheeseburger in restaurant and waited 10 minutes for mustard! She cleaned a table, went into the kitchen, served food, and made drinks while I waited. Finally I went up to her, she forgot and said she’d bring it to me. I went back to her and told her I’ll take here. Cheeseburger was cold.”

”This was a wonderful property with great amenities. There was a slight issue about the reservation for both the property and the spa services. However, the staff remained professional and helpful, and both were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The amenities are great for relaxing and feeling pampered. I'd definitely go again and recommend it for anyone who wants a beautiful way to treat themselves (and their friends).”

”Poor signage to indicate where elevator was located in lobby. Phone in room non-working. Outlets need updated. Lighting in room dim. Amenities lacking include a refrigerator (necessary for folks who have meds that need refrigeration). Toilet had issues where flushing took few tries and it’s very loud. Bathtub/shower hazardous as it’s slick and no safety measures. Cold water knob had major cracks in the tile. Overall, updating is needed. Appreciated the room size and comfortable beds.”

”The wifi did not work and the person ob duty Simon said it was the adobe walls that caused it. I explained that I needed to communicate with my work and needed reliable wifi. He ket me try another room at the other end of the property and it was no better. He then said it was my laptop causing the problem. I pulled out my iPad and showed him it was the same. I went down the street to the Motel 6 and their wifi worked just fine. I was only there for less than an hour and asked for a refund...

”The room was beautifully re-done. Wonderful bed and nice bathroom. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but overall the room was great. The hot tub was very dirty when I arrived. After telling the staff it was much cleaner the next day. The pool was clean and beautiful.”
