”Nice staff. We were walking the Pennine Way and got there at about 6.20pm. Were told last orders for food was 7pm so mad rush to get in a fit state to eat! Food was very nice. Rooms nice. Would recommend. ”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Calf’s Head, Clitheroe. We attended a wedding at a venue not far from here, so it was a great location for us. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the downstairs bar/dining was an asset to our stay. We both enjoyed a lovely full English the morning after with the option of fruit, cereals and yoghurts. The outdoor space here is gorgeous so would definitely recommend going here to enjoy it on a nice day. The only criticism I can give is that the...
