”The offer of another room after check out was appreciated to bridge the gap between checkout at airport , but the denial of spa facilities such as a team room and sauna unless I ponied up for “services” was inexplicable given that i was paying £1500 per night!

”The lobby area is nice and clean but the rooms and carpet throughout could use some care. It is a beach hotel so not sure how much cleaner it could feel but it felt a tad outdated as far as the room was
concerned as well as the restroom area/shower. We had a partial ocean view and the view did not disappoint, I was disappointed with the response from the hotel pool concierge and spa. I was trying to make things special to pre book ocean view massages and special greeting for our 20yr...
