”Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Collins fulfilled its role very well during my business trip to the town. There are several nice restaurants around the hotel and the hotel breakfast was good. The breakfast wasn't complimentary but it was easy to add the price to the room bill. I also enjoyed the small gym that opened at 5 am. Don't expect too much from the "fully equipped fitness center" but the couple of treadmills and the dumbbells allowed a good morning exercise nevertheless. The pool was very...

”Easy parking, quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lot of pre packaged options, sausage, boiled eggs, waffles Even though we were there 4 nights, our room was never once serviced. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Sign in room said serviced every three days. When mentioned at check out, they just said sorry. ”

”Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs....

”The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty...

”It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at.”
