Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins.”

”You will not find a more attractive, staged, clean home than this one on VRBO. Lots of natural light and beautiful sunrises. Very quiet and safe neighborhood that is within 15 to 20 minutes of Windsor and Fort Collins. Since there were only two of us, we only used the primary bedroom. The bed in this room is very comfortable.Stacy and her staff that manage the property were very professional, friendly, and prompt in getting back to us with any questions that we had.”

”Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland.”

The home was easy to find and the entry keypad very easy to use upon arrival. I was slightly worried that there would be a ‘cow smell’ in the area as people warned me about it (after I booked) but all was fine- absolutely no smell...
