”The room was ok. Bed frame had springs and was very loud with every position change and was not very comfortable. The ice machine was gross. There was mold on the outside. There was no fire alarm/ smoke detector, but the frame for it was on the wall in the room. There wasn’t enough trash cans. The shower was terrible. The shower curtain was short. The drain was slow and water went everywhere. The floor was soaked with a shower. The hot/ cold water was switched on the sink. The floor was filthy....

”Staff was friendly, room wasn’t exactly as described when we booked it so that was a shock… we were so tired when we got there we just went with it. We didn’t eat the breakfast so we have no comment on that, parking was pretty good, guest were loud into the night so expect that… they will keep you up banging on your door, the walls, and yelling in the pool. Other than that… I guess it was good.”

”Wanted to stay further away from pigeon forge as more quiet. Had busy day at Dollywood. Came back to room and moved pillow to get into bed. Was disgusted to find what I thought may have been a bed bug. Managed to put in a cup and receptionist came up to see see it and told me it was a tick !! She said I must have brought it in to the room myself. Absolutely not as it was under the pillow. She offered to change the sheets but I refused and said I wanted to move room. If I could have...

”Room was clean and well kept... the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.. very nice and a good selection.”

”One of the main reasons for choosing this location was the pool and its late hours, website shows it is open until 11:00 PM and we were put out at 9:00 PM. Contacted Expedia for a partial refund and they claimed to have contacted the property management about it but I have heard and received nothing. Room was good but would have chose a different location had I known the pool hours. Indoor pool was also cold to the point you could barely stand to be in it. Wouldn’t return”

”Television didnt work, they came to fix it, it worked for about 2 monutes and it stopped. There was a lady that just waltzed into our room at 7am and said that she thought we were gone because we left our keys in the room, we had 2 adjoining rooms with our kids, i was a little more than livid since my stay was made uncofortable for me and my family. I will give no recomendation for this property. Walking room to room looking inside the windows to see if guests are still there. There is a reason...

”Came here with my husband six year-old three year-old and one year-old. Everything is at your fingertips. The staff could not be nicer and the property is extremely clean and well maintained perfect proximity to everything that you need to do in pigeon Forge! We love Tennessee.”

”The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. ”The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in.
