”I always stay here when I’m in town. I own a business in Sevierville and this is my go to place . The hotel is more a like a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a full kitchen and all the little amenities you need set up in the bathrooms . The only complaint I have is that I wish one bathroom had a bathtub or a normal shower . They have fancy rain showers which are sometimes not practical for women not wanting their hair wet . ”The hotel offered many unique amenities, such as free donuts, fruit, slushes, and lemonade. The pool area was very nice with pool toys available. The game room along with games throughout the property were fun for the kids. The location was very convenient. My family with small children was able to easily walk to The Island and enjoyed a great show at the Comedy Barn. The breakfast at Reagan’s, a restaurant across the street was excellent. It was SO hot in the elevator, hallways, and it even took us a while to get the room to cool down. One employee was rude. Hotel was fine for a cheap one night stay. Wouldn't necessarily go back unless there were no other cheap options.”

”Had a room with fire place and jacuzzi. Didn’t try the jacuzzi but the fire place was a nice touch. Unfortunately, when I pulled my sheets down after working all day I noticed ‘someone else’s’ toe nail in the bed. A bit irritating. Told the front desk the next day and the hotel never reached out to me. So, you can use this review as you like. They did have a really good hot apple cider fountain til midnight. So, it had that going for it.”
