”Room was super clean. Overall decor is old fashioned - country style but that is intentional. Staff was very attentive. Just my personal opinion is that It felt like I was in another person’ house and not a “paying guest”, so for me that felt kind of weird, so I preferred to be inside the room while I was there, but it was just me, and nothing to do with the hotel.”

”We decided to stay at the Skywalk Treehouse to see if it would work for one of our family vacations. I cannot describe how awesome this place was. It was quiet and relaxing. There are no works to describe the treehouse itself. It was just amazing! It had a ton of places to sleep, and it included everything you would need. To top it off, Dak was fantastic. ”Property should have been checked my maintenance before renting. Insulation was blowing out of heat vents into jacuzzi tum making it unusable. Bed was broken or not put together correctly and could only sleep on one side. Great location. A bit hard to get to but needs to be better maintained. ”

”This was our 4th year coming to the Smokies for Spring Break. The cabin was cozy and perfect size for our family of 3 and our dog. It was disappointing that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. We ended up purchasing our own when we picked up groceries. ”We came down for a quick long weekend. We had never explored the lakes at the Smokies and man, we we missing out! The views are amazing, access is simple, and even door dash if needed. The host was very responsive as was maintenance when there was a issue with water pressure. There is a beautiful loft area that is bare, it would have been nice to have seating there to look out the huge window.”

”Do yourself a favor and don’t book this cabin. And more specifically, don’t book any cabin that uses “Cabins of the Smoky Mountains” as the management company. The amount of issues I had are just simply unacceptable. Multiple showers didn’t work and were never fixed during our stay. The dryer was broken when we arrived.
