”Everything was as expected”

”Had a great 4-day stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected. Would stay again! ”

”AC rattle all night long, website pics were miss leading. ”

”Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. ”

”Always love the courtyard mariott, have the best setups for convenient rooms and amenities.”

”Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. ”

”Disappointing check in process. Desk clerk took too much time with each customer resulting in very slow line movement. Also, the property levies and "incidentals" charge unless you protest and refuse.”

”We did have a nice mountain view with beautiful sunsets. The room was more spacious than we anticipated and very clean. The breakfast was warm and good. The only improvement I'd suggest is better coffee. It was very watery. ”

”This hotel was amazing. The staff was great. It was beautiful and the view from the hotel is amazing. There’s this grand mirror in the lobby that just gives bougie will definitely be staying there again and there’s free parking and it just gives luxurious.”

”We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our visit very enjoyable. Thank you to the team for making our stay such a great experience. We would happily return.”
