TÀmÀ on kaunis, rÀÀtÀlöity hirsitalo, joka sijaitsee aivan Sewardin keskustan ulkopuolella. Aikaisemmat omistajat kÀyttivÀt kymmenen vuotta talon rakentamisessa, sahaten ja kuorimalla itse kaikki tukit. Se on todellinen Alaskan taideteos, eikÀ Sewardin alueella ole mitÀÀn muuta.

Ostimme talon vuonna 2007, ja asumme pienessÀ huoneistossa kiinteistön erillisen autotallin ylÀpuolella. Joten olemme aikeissa auttaa paikallisia aktiviteetteja ja tietoja ja varmistaa, ettÀ saat kaiken irti lomastasi! MeillÀ on kaksi koiraa, jotka asuvat kanssamme ja pelaavat pihalla, mutta eivÀt ole hirsitalossa.

TÀmÀ talo tarjoaa erittÀin mukavan poissa kotoa matkustaessasi kaikilla mukavuuksilla. TÀysi keittiö on kÀytettÀvissÀsi, on suuria yhteisiÀ alueita - valtava liuskekivi takka, jota ympÀröivÀt nahkasohvat, TV / videonauhuri / DVD / nopea Internet-tietokone / Wi-Fi / stereo, grilli ja kylpytynnyri suurella etuosalla kansi, pieni peitetty takakansi jne. MeillÀ on nyt pesukone / kuivausrumpu vieraiden kÀyttöön - kaikki aivan uudet vuonna 2017! Talo on moderni ja erittÀin siisti, mutta viihtyisÀ ja mukava. Lopeta pÀivÀsi rentoutumalla porealtaassa tai grillaamalla tuoretta saalistasi nauttien nÀkymÀstÀ Mt. Alice kannelta.

A great space to relax and spend as much time together as a family or spend time on your own in private spaces or rooms. A lovely porch in the tranquil woods and a delightful hot tub. Best of all, great owners and really great touches all around the property. We had all we needed and more to cook and enjoy ourselves. I would stay here again with a big group.

We had an incredible experience staying at Bear Paw Lodge in Seward, AK. The home was extremely spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of five—four adults and one child. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, each equipped with its own shower, everyone had plenty of room and privacy, making our stay even more enjoyable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals—cookware, utensils, and appliances were all provided.The laundry room was super convenient during our multi-day trip. One of our favorite ways to wind down each evening was relaxing in the hot tub, which held a consistent and soothing 108F—absolutely perfect after long days of fishing and sightseeing.The property’s location was ideal—only five minutes from downtown Seward, close to shops, restaurants, and the harbor, while still feeling quiet and peaceful.

Very clean and well kept up with plenty of supplies. Common areas are huge for big groups. Owners were very accommodating for a couple of special request. Location is close to everything but still very private. Are group enjoyed this property.

A very comfortable and well organized home that includes amazing outdoor spaces to relax. Hot tub, fire pit and large deck give you plenty of areas to relax outside and breathe in the fresh air. Wendy was always available to provide some guidance and listen to our stories. Only a five minute drive to Seward. Would definitely stay here again!

Group of eight eager fisherman on a one week fun week of fishing from Wisconsin. Clean and comfortable home to use as a base for our adventures. Everything accurate on the listing description. This home was by far our favorite accommodation during our 12 day stay in Alaska. Bear Paw Lodge has been decorated and stocked very thoughtfully for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for our family, and everyone enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck. Having a washer and dryer in the house was very useful. The wifi was good and definitely the best we encountered during our trip (including Alyeska and multiple cabins). The location was quiet and peaceful and just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in the Seward area. We especially enjoyed the mama moose and her calves hanging out in the yard on the final morning of our stay. Thank you, Wendy!

This home is a beautiful log home. It accommodated our family of 6 comfortably. It had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was spectacular after a cool day on the water. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Seward in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Wendy’s cabin! The home was spotless clean and incredibly comfortable. Laundry was fantastic, and we relaxed in front of the fireplace and in the hot tub. Wendy was very attentive and helped us book a tour too. And we even got to watch a moose meander in the backyard. What a gem; I wish I was still there!

Welcomed with a plate of home made chocolate chip cookies. Clean, charming cabin with lots of history and character. Owners friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for spreading out, quite time when wanted. We enjoyed the hot tub. Clean. Everything we needed was provided plus extras to make it like coming home.

The cabin was gorgeous and the location was just so beautiful. It was super easy to find and the instructions were clear. For our large group the place was perfect and had all the amenities we might require. Wendy was so sweet and attentive to all the questions and queries the group might have had. Nine of us stayed here for my daughter's beach wedding in Seward in late August and it was the perfect Alaskan log cabin the large group. Lots of room to spread out, big kitchen with all the things you need to prepare meals, and a huge yard with a fire pit for smores. You couldn't ask for nicer host than Wendy. Even though they live on property, you would never know you had a neighbor, but she was always there if we had a question. She even took a video of a mama bear and her two cubs visiting our deck one day and shared it with us! Overall a great experience.
