âWe really enjoyed our stay at Etna Suite. Everything worked well, we have nothing to complain about! Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful, room was neat and bed good and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Catania. Extra thanks to car parking which worked perfectly, the car was even driven by the staff in the small parking lot which made it very convenient. We recommend this hotel!â

âHotel was nice and clean. Most of the staff spoke english well and were helpful. We were mostly pleased but it was a bummer to find out that the beach that was supposed to be there was out of use at this time.
Location of the hotel was good. It was easy to get to the center of Catania with just one bus.â
âWe stayed for 6 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that you could choose your breakfast from the menu to be delivered to your room. The location is really good, close to the main attractions.
However, the room was not sound proof as was advertised and in fact we woke up every morning to the noise coming from the corridor.
Also, the room was missing a cupboard for clothes.
For hygiene, I would have liked the towels to be changed when they were left on the floor.â
