”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is good, as it is only a short walking distance from city center, but the area is quiet in the night time. There is also a parking house in the same building with the hotel. ”I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains. ”

”Lovely pool garden with some Balinese style sun beds and many regular sun loungers. There were problems with the key card, as it had to be reprogrammed every day. Stylish room. Despite the sounds of the street, we slept really well. A really good breakfast selection. There weren't many nice restaurants open in the area between October and November.”

”This was a very unique property. Well maintained and very modern. Everthing was great but i didnt geg the Expedia VIP perks. Ghis is either an upgraded room or the bottle of wine as per my perks. I cannot blame this in the property but rather my status with Expedia. ”

”I did not eat breakfast. I had small meals and snacks and they were good. The road outside was noisy from 7 am to after midnight The facilities have been recently upgraded and are well designed and attractive ”

”Hotelli oli siisti ja hiljainen. Merinäköala oli varsin osittainen ja Spa auki vain viikonloppuisin sesongin ulkopuolella. Parvekkeelta näkymä rakennustyömaalle, jossa äänekkäästi päivällä porattiin. Varhaisaamiaiseen kuului leipää, mutta ei päällisiä. Virkailija käytti käsitettä limited breakfast. Tästäkin aamiaisesta kuitenkin parikymppiä maksoin.”
