”The air conditioning in the room was very loud. The was a massive red stain on the carpet, which my children were convinced it was blood, and a very sticky gross substance on the mouth receiver end of the phone. Will my face ever not be sticky again? The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and kind.”

”Within walking distance to fairgrounds, and a nearby grocery store. Very clean, open layout for lobby and felt very safe in this area. Great free breakfast every morning, 24 hour coffee and always ice cold water available for free!”

”Great place to stay for three nights for the Zootown festival and within walking distance to the fairgrounds. The breakfast vouchers for The Breakfast Club were great too!”

”We like the big clean room. The manager, Isaac and the wonderful breakfast by the Koi Pond. Pet friendly for our adult dog.”

”The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails.”

”It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was.”

”There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again.”

No local channels provided at all. The shower was gross along the edges - and there was minimal ventilation . The whole bathroom was dripping wet at the end of the shower - which led to the room being very muggy . AC was just ok. The hallways and stairwells were not clean - trash cans were full. ”The night shift worker (LeeAnn?) was exceptional and went out of her way to accommodate guests. She fielded a number of issues from whiny guests and turned minor complaints into helpful solutions. She’s an outstanding employee.”

”I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy.”

”The staff is great here. The hotel is clean. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot fills up quickly and there’s a lot of door slamming, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.”
