”Leaze Garden Cottage was excellent , well equipped and super clean.The garden space had plenty of seating area for sunny afternoons .Ideally situated for Bath , Wells and Bradford -on-Avon.Frome is just a 10/15min walk , with plenty of artisan shops and cafés. We had a lovely 3 days stay .”

”We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.”

”The cottage is a beautiful place in a quite and peaceful locations , the cottage is clean and nicely styled . Ideal for family and business use . The owners are always on hand to help and only a phone call away . 100% will re- book . ”

”The check-in and precheck in welcome pack was all very professional. When we got there - the starter pack with cereals milk etc was a nice touch. Three very spacious and comfy double bedrooms available. A spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.The house was very central - for shops and walking into centre.The only thing that we would suggest would be comfy seating in lounge - an extra sofa would have been great.And parking is only available overnight as permit holders only during day but...

” It's a great spot for a few days in Poole, quirky little house with two sets of stairs (you'll need to be able manage them or you'll be stuck!)Has everything you need though the TV reception was a bit patchy. As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole.”

The owner, Stanley, provided detailed instructions on how to reach it, and in the house is his booklet with details on places to visit nearby, and instructions on how to operate the appliances. Stanley kept in touch with us as our arrival date neared, and answered any questions promptly. The house itself is filled with many interesting books,...

”We had good time, a few miner details, showers in rooms didn't drain away quick enough,would have been nice to have mirror on wall in bathroom, very congested in kitchen with a few of us there, noisy neighbours which is not your fault, more T towels would been nice, Price for 2 nights bit steep”

”The location is perfect, near to town/amenities but also very quiet with a stunning, secluded courtyard. The property itself is gorgeous, quirky and very well equipped with everything you need and more. Even my teenage boys, who generally aren't interested in anything, loved walking in and around the property finding so much of interest.”
