”The rooms were spacious and came with a furnished kitchen. There was a separate room for the beds and they had a small dining area as well as a lounging area. The room we booked had a great view of Mt. Yotei as well! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the center of Hirafu where a lot of the restaurants are located. The ski valet is on the second floor of the hotel and it is just a short walk to the King Gondola. You are able to ski right to the entrance to the ski valet of the hotel...

Tilaa oli rajallisesti ja lämmitys perinteisellä kaasulämmittimellä, joka kyllä pitää huoneen lämpimänä, mutta myös kuulostaa siltä. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin annoksina, jotka olivat maukkaita, joskin valinnanvaraa ei ollut.”

”The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was a lack of their own transportation around town. ”

”Great location, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle buses and supermarket. Average breakfast. Room only cleaned once in our 11 night stay and bin emptied on one other occasion. We had the same sheets for all 11 nights which I've never experienced at a hotel ever! The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have them pick us up and drop us off to the Welcome Centre for the bus to Sapporo Airport. ”

”3bedroomの部屋に3泊滞在しましたが、チェックイン時からバスルームが下水の悪臭が酷かったです。何度も部屋にメンテナンスな方が来て、何かされていましたが、結局はまた悪臭が戻るという状況。他の部屋に移動を希望したところ、案内された部屋はどこもグレードダウンの部屋だったので、結局悪臭のバスルームは滞在中使用せずに我慢しました。五つ星ホテルの値段ですが、サービスは1つ星です。ガッカリな滞在でした。”
