Fantastic hotel! Walking distance from everything!
We stayed at this hotel for four nights in conjunction with the Chinese GP. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Everything is located near by.

Short stoo at Shanghai
Very nice hotel with grear view from sky bar. Great band was playing There when visiting this bar. Located in hart of Shanghai. I would skip Spa which is rip off but go to gym area which was excelent.

Bad service
I have been there many times and must say that every time especially service gets worst. This time we needed to change room 4 time during 3 day. First no 2 bed rooms available as reserved, next room was smelling so bad that after 5 minutes we both got terrible head ache. Next room was available on for one night etc. And no any compensation. Next time I finally choose some other hotel.

good locatuion next to Peoples Square
good location next to Peoples Square. Easy to go anywhere as metro station right next to it. Wifi is very slow. The Hotel has great rooftop bar with excellent views. Rooms are spacious and clean but outdated. The elevator system is confusing. Helpful staff at the lobby.

This is a nice four star level hotel, the views are great from upper floors. There was nothing that stood out from ordinary except a fun and talented Filipino band that was singing and playing things like U2 and western contemporary pop music classics in the club floor at the top of the building. The wifi was a bit on the slow side.

Hotellin sijainti ja palvelu
Hotelli järjesti hyvin kuljetukset kentältä ja kentälle. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hieno. Hotelli oli luxusta ja hotellin baari ja ravintola olivat upeat ja maisemat niistä kaupungin ylle hienot. Hotellin pyörivä ravintola oli laadukas, tarjoilijat kohtelijaita ja ruokaa kaikkeen makuun. RAvintola ei kuitenkaan tarjonnut matkamme parhaite kiinalaisia ruokia, joita sen sijaan saimme mm Hakkanista ja Lost Heavenista. Menisin ehdottomasti uudestaan juuri tähän hotelliin.

Loistava sijainti, hieno hotelli.
Sijainti on aivan loistava, metrolla pääsee aivan viereen. Lisäksi ostoskatu on aivan hotellin vieressä. Huoneemme oli kahdeksannessa kerroksessa ja sinne ei ainakaan kuulunut melua ulkoa. Uima-allas on auki 6-22 ja altaassa mahtuu oikeasti uimaan. Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja huone oli hyvän kokoinen, ainostaan kylpyhuone oli hieman ahdas. Hotellin yläkerrassa oleva baari oli nihkeä, meidän aikana siellä oli ainakin aivan liian kuuma pidempään oleskeluun (heinäkuu, ulkona +35). Henkilökunta auttaa mielellään jokaisessa ongelmassa, pientä kielimuuria oli välillä, mutta kaikkeen saatiin aina lopulta vastaus.

It’s our first visit to Shanghai, Stayed at Radisson Blu New world for 6 nights 2 adults, 2 kids in a Family Suite. The hotel is very conveniently located to Nanjing rd shopping area, a short walk to people square train station, tremendous amount of dining options. Very lively area. We absolutely loved the amenities, kids loved the swimming pool, jacuzzi and great breakfast every morning. Beds were very comfortable, housekeeping did a great job. Will highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely loved Shanghai will be back for sure

The 2 suites allocated to us were on the 6th floor with no view at all. The rooms were not well maintained, the cabinets were old with shaky doors. The corridor to the rooms were dimly lit looks shady. Breakfast spread was basic, crowded with no tables available for use. Though the staff were helpful. After spending 2 weeks in various parts of China staying in better properties, Radisson Blu was a disappointment. Wont recommend it to anyone
