”Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay.”

”Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. ”Do not go here , choose any other place. First of all this is in the middle of nowhere and you reallty dont have anywhere to walk to. The cab prices are fixed and high. Your sleep is going to be zero because front and balcony door have huge gaps so all sounds can be heard and they will talk ,walk and have noises the whole night , when we were here the noise stopped 7 in the morning so we had to leave this hotel after the first night. ”Good place for 1 night stay. We had early flight back home and this hotel is just 5min drive from the terminal so no stress about the traffic. Hotel's Restaurant was suprisingly good :)”

”Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night.”

”This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.”

”Main problem is poor service. When we arrived, there was sand on our sheets so the sheets hadnt been changed. Called the reception to change the sheets and none came for one hour so I had to walk to reception and after that they changed the sheets. ”The hotel was lovely, staff were great and it was very clean. Had two lovely massages at the Spa. The only bad thing I can say is that the beds on the beach were all broken, I did point this out to the staff and they just said I know!! Other than that a truly fabulous holiday ”
