”Our first room. The heat was broke. They moved us to another room. The sheets and pillowcases are very worn. They feel very scratchy. The rooms were clean but carpet needs shampooing”

”Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. ”

”Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill.”

”The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!”

”The Colts Neck Inn Is nostalgic, it has the look of the past, while incorporating the present. The inn is located against Route 34 and County Road 537, the intersection is loud and busy. My room was up against the highway, it was not tranquil, it was anxiety ridden, and falling asleep impossible. The room was cold, no carpets around the bed, lament flooring, the bathroom had marble flooring, the heat was limited, unless you turned it on HIGH. A beautiful entrance way led to cold modern rooms....

”Perfect location near stores and friendly, welcoming staff at check-in. If you book with the understanding that this is a basic motel for a good price at the Jersey shore, then you will be happy. Don't book expecting a 5-star hotel. The king-size bed was comfortable and clean, with ample closet space and a basic bathroom. This was all we needed for a one-night visit with family. ”

”Desk staff was very friendly. My daughter had dance competition that weekend and i checked in late that night it was clean and quiet loved it. Next morning breakfast was decent just wish they had yogurt but everything else was fine. They had pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. Check out was a breeze. ”
