”The resort is beautiful everything is impeccably maintained the staff are trained to a very high level every detail is thought through from presentation of the resort, rooms & breakfast we stayed 8 days in the new section of the with 2 rooms my only negative would be a little disappointed as to the end when we had a few hours to wait on our pick to airport throughout the stay water bottles are readily available without charge it would be nice to maybe offer this to people waiting especially if...

”This hotel has been pretty much the only place during our visit in Egypt where ste staff has treated us with respect and we did receive good customer service. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I would definitely think about booking 4his hotel again if I visited Sharm El Sheikh again. We did not eat at the hotel but the menu seemed good.”

”We stayed two nights at the hotel. Hotel staff was doing everything to make our stay a success and I must say they did it well. Extremely nice and welcoming service. Hotel was all in all a good pick. All-inclusive food and drink was rather nice and the facilities at the hotel were impeccable. ”Helpful staff at the reception and nice clean room with comfortable bed. However for the price I paid the food was mediocre. The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience. Also, inexplicably they had set up a dart board in front of the public shower by the pool...😱 The spa had a price list...
