”Clean room comfortable bed .”

”Meraviglioso villaggio, ottima pilulizia e attenzione alle necessità degli ospiti. Personale sempre gentile e attento. Cibo Vario e ottimo per gli standard egiziani. Super consigliato.”

”Every thing in the hotel was great”

”We stayed two nights at the hotel. Hotel staff was doing everything to make our stay a success and I must say they did it well. Extremely nice and welcoming service. Hotel was all in all a good pick. All-inclusive food and drink was rather nice and the facilities at the hotel were impeccable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and do hope I will have a chance of returning there at some stage. Let's hope the tourists will return to the region. The workers of this particular hotel would...

”اجمل اقامه واجمل فندق مع اجمل خدمه ومع اجمل موظفين الكول جيدين”

”C’était tout simplement formidable”

”Huoneen suihkusta tuli pelkästään kylmää vettä. ”

”🙏”

”The room was really cold and bed hard. I got ignored almost everytime I tryed to talk with the personel. First I thought it was gender related, but it might have been poor language skils. I was promised that someone would come, but that did not happen. So no toiletpaper, blanket, towels etc.”

”The service was absolutely wonderful! A special thanks to Hany from the reception team, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping team was also amazing. The room was always spotless and perfectly clean, and I truly appreciate the hard work of the housekeeping staff. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!”

”Serives ”

”The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...

”Unfortunately this property has not been upkept for a long time - the pictures are from when the property was likely first built and now the paint in peeling off everywhere, appliances old and failing and general cleanliness not great. All that said, the staff are very helpful and want to help as much as possible. The villa is in a great location (next to the Monte Carlo hotel) although the noise from the hotel comes straight across, especially at night when they are blaring music all...

”It is not the property in the photo. It is large but run down and it is most definitely not "amazing".”
