”Parking was awesome....”

”The breakfast was delicious, excellent sausage cheese potato casserole. However the coffee wasn't good. Folgers is a very low rated coffee, so this was a big disappointment for my wife and I. Also, the check-in person was a bit difficult to understand, didn't make it very clear that our room was in a separate building”

”The staff, location, and parking were excellent. I also appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast. However, the rooms could have been cleaner.”

”Great property. It had everything we needed and more. Jenelle, the host, was excellent . She answered all our questions extremely fast. Property was clean and beautiful.”

”The view of Otsego Lake is wonderful. The access to Cooperstown village is easily doable. It's just a great place.”

”While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.”

”Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.”
