”Large and comfortable hotel with very good location near Cabot circus shopping mall and Bristol coach station. The room was not one of those renovated shown at hotel website, but with a older style interior. Anyway very good and comfortable room with iron and ironing table and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite decent, but did not really match the hotel´s price level.”

”The room was beautiful with gorgeous fixtures and ammenities. The staff were amazing! Everybody was friendly and helpful and kind. The housekeeping staff had such positive energy and were an absolute delight, giving me lots of wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do and see around the area. On check out Sharissa was also extremely helpful and generous with her time as I had a few issues with my hire car booking which she assisted me with. The lovely young gentleman...

”The room was quite small but just ok for one person. Very nice small bathroom with walk-in shower. Ideal location for M4/5. Nice dining room with good dinner and breakfast options.”

”Beautiful place, with excellent staff. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going. The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding. The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest. We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.”

”The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly the food was very nice we ate in the bar area it was very relaxed. If I had one negative it was thst the bed was a little hard it could have done with a mattress topper. ”

”A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! ”
