The master bedroom features a romantic gas fireplace, ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine and a good book.



The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with modern appliances, ready for everything from hearty breakfasts to picnic prep for your lakeside outings.



Step out onto the private deck and gather around the gas fire pit under a canopy of stars. Roast marshmallows, share stories, or simply soak in the serene mountain air.



Stay connected with free WiFi, or unplug and explore the area’s outdoor attractions. In the warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, and birdwatching. When the snow falls, you're just a short drive to China Peak Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding.

Parking: Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway)

BBQ Grill Policy:

The BBQ grill & fire pit is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Guests must bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.

No pets allowed



No outdoor fires- permit ONLY!



No smoking anywhere on the property



Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.



Minimum age to rent: 25



Winter travel: 4WD or traction may be required during snow season



Security: 3 exterior cameras are installed for your safety—facing the driveway, front door (Ring cam) and side of the property by the propane tank.
