”We spent one night as we toured Sequoia, then Kings Canyon. Location was perfect for a stop in between the two. One restaurant near property only open for lunch and dinner. It had good burgers. We did not have groceries as we were winging it. Had we stocked up I would have stayed more days. We really liked the house. ”

”A lovely, charming little log cabin bungalow situated on a hill in a beautiful, quiet riverside community. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay - just a perfect place relax and recuperate after a long day of hiking in Yosemite. Of the many places I have stayed over the years on my hiking trips to the area this was by far my favorite. I will be back….”

”This cabin is perfect! The deck and porch are perfect to enjoy the outdoors. The cabin was fully stocked which was so helpful! The owners are very communicative and make it feel like a true home away from home. Would recommend x 10! ”

”upon arriving, we couldn't get into the driveway as one of the maintenance workers had parked there and, after calling and contacting someone on the property, they contacted to him and we still had to wait 30-45minutes for someone to move the vehicle before we could pull in and unload to begin out stay. ”We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. The location for visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon is great. The owners were very relaxed and accommodating. My daughter enjoyed playing the piano on the front porch which was surprisingly well tuned for being outdoors. Well stocked house with board games and kitchen supplies. Enough space for our family of five. If you are uncomfortable on mountain roads, 245 is challenging. I would arrive via Dunlap or Dry Creek Road instead. ”

”Highly recommend. All aspects of the venue were simply excellent. It was organized, exceptionally cleaned, attention to details of kitchen items needed; spacious, thoughtful extras provided, and comfortable beds/living space areas. The grounds were beautiful and the creek/gazebo areas were very relaxing. Near recreation areas. Our only regret was not staying longer. Be sure to bring your bug repellent for outdoor. Plan on returning. Many great memories. ”

”It was a nice quiet stay, the owners live in the property, but they stay in their house, they didn't bother us. The property was clean and our kids had fun, they had board games, and toy provided, and a trampoline outside that our kids were allowed to used”

”It’s quite & secluded. Well maintained property. It’s located close to Kings Canyon entrance. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern were the small holes in driveway near door entrance had yellow jackets coming out. A load of gravel would fix the problem.”

”We were impressed by how clean and well stocked the house is, a great option for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. It’s 40 minutes to General Grant Tree. ”The property looks nice as you drive up, but we were very unhappy with the following: excessive dog hair on beds, couch, pillows, flooring, dirty utensils, dirty shower, back door lock would not release, I repaired it, bbq ready to fall over, deck cushions were very dirty, patio table was ready to fall over. Very neglected property.”
