”My wife and I needed a budget friendly place to stay for a wedding at the Pines Resort on Bass Lake. The Nugget at North Fork was the perfect place to fit our budget. The room was comfortable but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Layers of dust on the ceiling fan blades and also the walls, lamp shades. The price point for a one night stay and its location to our wedding venue, Yosemite, and Sequoia National Parks is the primary reason we chose the Nugget at North Fork.”

”There was no office. You had to look around the property to find your name on a door. Our room did not look anything like the pictures on the website. The counter had a microwave and coffee maker that were dusty. There were two cups, two wine glasses, two plates, and a spoon. All were dusty and dirty. There was a tiny shelf on one side of the bed, nowhere to put your suitcase, no bedside lamps, just the overhead. The air conditioner had all the labeling worn off, so you had to guess how to set...

”Fantastic getaway - perfect place to stay when visiting Sequoia/Kings National Parks. Easy drive into the parks and the home is lovely and clean, well-equipped and tasteful/fun. We loved the classic touches - beautiful record player and great album collection to choose from and fun modern decor throughout. Also lovely artwork done by the owner. Delicious wines straight from the vineyard to enjoy after a long day at the park. It was fun to relax in the pool under the trees with a few furry...

”This house was nestled right above the lake with stunning views. This is our 5th annual BassLake trip and I have to say top two best stays as of yet. This cabin has plenty of sleeping room and many levels to the property to explore. We utilized every aspect the property had to offer and to be only walking distance downhill to the dock was perfect. The youngetsers enjoyed the doc as we prepared meals. The store, boat rentals and burger joint was all walking a distance. I would love to utilize...
