The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. ”AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically...

”For a bed for the night it did the job. However, the duvet cover was ripped and the general maintenance of the room was poor. Little things were irritating like turning the tap on a getting totally drenched by it and a shower that took a few minutes going cold and boiling before it settled on a temperature, and then was a good shower. Also, housekeeping seemed to be making noise and hoovering right outside my door at 9am for well over an hour, but no offer of housekeeping for my room e.g. fresh...
