”OK stay. Rooms are a bit dated. Don’t know about suites etc. but if you are searching something more luxurious, this might not to be your selection. Location is excellent. For Crucible visitors this might be the place to stay. It was a pity that ”spa” was only a half of a spa, because only swimming pool was in use. Got the information about that when there was no option to cancel the reservation. The hotel did not compencate for this in any way.”

”Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! The younger members of staff were not the best at responding to requests unless more senior members of...

”Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood ”
