I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fee prior to check-in. This is refunded after post-checkout inspection and subject to compliance with house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorised extra guests, no noise/loud music during quiet times 8 pm - 8 am, no parties.

– Breach of house rules (e.g. smoking, parties, unauthorised pets): £100 minimum charge
